2 Chronicles 28
- 1 亞哈斯卽位時、年二十歲、在耶路撒冷爲王、歷十六年、不效其祖大衞、行耶和華所悅、
- 2 循以色列諸王之道、爲巴力鑄像、
- 3 焚香於欣嫩子谷、以火焚其子女、從異邦可憎之事、卽耶和華於以色列人前、所逐諸族之事、
- 4 且於崇邱、山岡之上、綠樹之下、獻祭焚香、
- 5 故其上帝耶和華付之於亞蘭王手、亞蘭人擊之、虜民甚衆、攜至大馬色、又付之於以色列王手、大行殺戮、
- 6 利瑪利子比加在猶大、一日間、殺十二萬人、俱爲勇士、因棄其列祖之上帝耶和華也、
- 7 以法蓮之勇士細基利、殺王子瑪西雅、理王室之押斯利甘、與王相以利加拿、
- 8 以色列族虜其同宗二十萬人、婦孺與焉、亦掠貨財甚多、攜至撒瑪利亞、
- 9 在彼有耶和華之先知名俄德、出迎返撒瑪利亞之軍、告之曰、爾列祖之上帝耶和華怒猶大、故付之於爾手、爾乃怒冲霄漢、大行殺戮、
- 10 今爾有意抑制猶大與耶路撒冷人、使爲僕婢、爾曹豈非亦獲罪於爾上帝耶和華乎、
- 11 今聽我言、遣歸爾所虜之同宗、蓋耶和華之烈怒及於爾矣、
- 12 以法蓮之族長數人、約哈難子亞薩利雅、米實利末子比利家、沙龍子耶希西家、哈得萊子亞瑪撒、咸起、抵禦自陳而返者、
- 13 曰、勿攜所虜之人入此、蓋爾所謀、乃使我獲罪於耶和華、益我罪過、我罪維大、烈怒及於以色列矣、
- 14 於是執兵之士、以所虜之人與貨財、留於牧伯及會衆前、
- 15 以上錄名之人遂起、攜被虜之衆、自所掠物中取衣、衣其裸者、又予之屨、供以飲食而膏之、弱者乘以驢、導往椶樹城耶利哥、至其昆弟、而返撒瑪利亞、○
- 16 是時亞哈斯王遣使求助於亞述王、
- 17 因以東人擊猶大、虜其人、
- 18 非利士人亦侵猶大窪地、及南方之城邑、取伯示麥、亞雅崙、基低羅、梭哥與其鄉里、亭納與其鄉里、瑾瑣與其鄉里、而居於彼、
- 19 緣以色列王亞哈斯放恣於猶大、干犯耶和華特甚、故耶和華使猶大卑弱、
- 20 亞述王提革拉毘尼色至、而不相助、反窘迫之、
- 21 亞哈斯取耶和華室、及王宮牧伯家之物、餽亞述王、仍無裨益、
- 22 亞哈斯王困苦之際、愈干犯耶和華、
- 23 祭大馬色卽擊之者之神、曰、亞蘭王之神旣助之、我亦祭之、俾其助我、然斯神使彼與以色列衆偕亡、
- 24 亞哈斯集上帝室之器碎之、扃閉室門、在耶路撒冷諸隅築壇、
- 25 在猶大諸邑作崇邱、焚香於他神、激其列祖之上帝耶和華怒、
- 26 亞哈斯其餘事蹟、及其所行、自始至終、俱載於猶大以色列列王紀、
- 27 亞哈斯與列祖偕眠、葬於耶路撒冷邑、不入以色列列王之墓、子希西家嗣位、
