2 Chronicles 12
- 1 羅波安國固己強、乃棄耶和華之法律、以色列衆效之、
- 2 羅波安王五年、埃及王示撒來攻耶路撒冷、因其獲罪於耶和華也、
- 3 示撒率車千二百乘、騎兵六萬、自埃及所從之衆、路比人、蘇基人、古實人、不可勝數、
- 4 取猶大之堅城、遂至耶路撒冷、
- 5 猶大牧伯、緣示撒故、集於耶路撒冷、先知示瑪雅、來見羅波安與牧伯曰、耶和華云、爾曹棄我、故我遺爾於示撒手、
- 6 王與牧伯自卑曰、耶和華乃義、
- 7 耶和華見其自卑、則諭示瑪雅曰、彼旣自卑、我不滅之、必稍施拯救、不藉示撒手、洩我怒於耶路撒冷、
- 8 惟彼衆必爲示撒僕、使知服我之役、與服列邦之役孰愈、
- 9 於是埃及王示撒來攻耶路撒冷、奪耶和華室及王宮之寶物、悉攜之去、亦奪所羅門所製之金干、
- 10 羅波安王作銅干代之、付於守宮門之侍衞長、
- 11 王入耶和華室時、侍衞至而執干、後則反諸侍衞之室、
- 12 因王自卑、耶和華之怒遂息、不加殄滅、且在猶大中、尚有善事存焉、
- 13 羅波安王自強、爲王於耶路撒冷、其卽位時、年四十有一、在耶路撒冷、卽耶和華於以色列諸支派中、所簡寄名之邑、爲王歷十七年、其母名拿瑪、亞捫人也、
- 14 羅波安行惡、因不致志尋求耶和華、
- 15 羅波安事蹟之始末、載於先知示瑪雅、與先見易多之史記、羅波安與耶羅波安、常相戰鬬、
- 16 羅波安與其列祖偕眠、葬於大衞城、子亞比雅嗣位、
