Mountain of Success

Daniel 2:34-35

... till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
  • Calvary β€” Calvary, Golgotha, and also Gagulta, was, a site immediately outside Jerusalem's walls where Jesus was crucified. Jesus is that stone!
  • His Kingdom β€” Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. ~ Isaiah 9:7

..And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. ~ Luke 1:33

β€žAnd this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. β€œ

Loud Voice

Calling in the wilderness

The Lord laid the calling of being a cloud voice in the wilderness on Bro Llewellyn's heart. The website with this name endeavours to call people to repentance and point them to the One and Only True God, in whose atoning blood is found the only way to eternal life.

Praying for a mission field and living in the age of internet and the World Wide Web the Lord started burdening his heart for the countless multitudes who roam on the internet daily. It couldn't be helped but to draw the parallel between them and those on the street corners, the prostitutes and sinners to whom Jesus send preachers and witnesses after the invited guests refused His invitation.

Jesus' call is still the same. Invite all to the marriage supper of the Lamb. With this vision as a goal our online work has been a big part of our ministry throughout the last 10 years.

A True Christian Church

10 Year Collaboration

When the new TLD .church became available we quickly found one "True Christian.Church". We prayed for a couple of months after which we felt led of the Lord to collaborate all our online ministry wedsites under one banner, that of A True Christian Church. We do not see ourselves exclusive but aknowledge our interdependancy on the body of Christ thoughout the nations of the earth with all that call on the Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity and truth.

All our previous sites now revert to this one site.

Take time to browse through the various pages on our site to receive a great depth of wisdom that is hidden in the content.

On The Ground

Windhoek

Home Base
We are currently based in Windhoek which is in central Namibia.
From here we conduct our travels. This also the base for resting and tentmaking.

Klippiespan

Cattle farm

Klippiespan is home to the Van Vuurens, a family in the fellowship.
We spend time helping the farmer with practical farm work and reaching out to those in the surrounding community.
Farms are very big (4000+ hectares) so people live far apart and always welcomes visitors.
Farm workers live very poor lives and are often subject to alcohol abuse and immorality.
There is plenty of opportunity for outreach.

Turning Point

Hochfeld

A new opportunity for outreach has recently opened on the farm of meme Sara who has been rehabilitating ex-convicts after their release.
The farm is presently planting mahango, maize, and vegetables as well as farming with chickens. They also have a small charcoal factory.
They are looking to extend their ministry to orphans and widows.

Farm Hoba

Grootfontein
This is a major outreach for the mission in Namibia. We have know Joseph and his family for the last 10 years. Our relationship grew from aquintances to brothers and fellow labourers.
The farm is a big maize producer in the country and houses at least 12 families. During harvesting the population temporarily increases significantly.
Brother Joseph is the elder who leads the little flock there. Brother Jaco visits them on his way to the North and on return again 2 - 3 times a year.

Rundu

Northern Office

The mission in the North started while Bro Jaco was still a representitive in his business. He has been traveling these areas since 1982. When he became born again he would continue to sell his products at major chain and private stores while preaching to those he came into contact with. Though he is now retired he still does free lance work for his previous company. These connections he is still following up.

This is where he met the Hamukoto family. Theo is the owner of the land on which Amana is situated. He also travel the north on business and with br Jaco on his travels.

Kapako Village

Kwandu River - Choi

While visiting missionaries at the Kwando river we were introduced to those in Kapako village where there was an outreach to AIDS victims. The missionaries started a little church there.

In 2008 we returned there again for a visit. The missionaries left and the church was run down with only 2 members left, Elias and Beatrice.

We still connect with them on every trip to Katima Mulilo and back.

Divundu

Okavango
We met a pastor named Josef in 2016. He's got a church in a little village from Divundu. We've tried to meet up again but due to logistic problem it's not always possible. We are praying for further involvement in the future.

Amana

Mukekete
Here we are planning to begin our mission base in the North. Please visit here to get a full overview of the vision and projects at the Amana Mission Base.

Oshikango

Angola Border

Situated on the border of Angola Oshikango is a huge business hub. Currently Othniel Shitana is our contact here. He is earnestly seeking the Lord, yet he finds himself very alone in his convictions. The brothers Theo and Jaco visit him whenever they pass through there.

The border post to Angola is also here. At times we have visited families in Lubango, Angola and hope to go again soon.

Oshakati

Ovamboland

This area has the highest population density in Namibia.

Among our normal business travelings we met a family through street preaching and are still reaching out to them. Together we are doing outreaches to neighbouring villages using marriages etc. as preaching opportunities and building relationships.
