2 Chronicles 22
- 1 耶路撒冷居民立約蘭季子亞哈謝、繼之爲王、因與亞拉伯人同來攻營之羣衆、殺約蘭諸子之長者、故亞哈謝爲王、
- 2 其卽位時、年二十有二、在耶路撒冷爲王、僅歷一年、其母名亞他利雅、暗利女孫也、
- 3 亞哈謝循亞哈家之道、蓋其母主謀、使之行惡、
- 4 行耶和華所惡、如亞哈家然、其父沒後、亞哈家爲之主謀、致其淪喪、
- 5 且從亞哈家之謀、偕以色列王亞哈子約蘭、往基列拉末、與亞蘭王哈薛戰、約蘭爲亞蘭人所傷、
- 6 返耶斯列、療其在拉末與亞蘭王哈薛戰時、所受之傷、猶大王約蘭子亞撒利雅、因其疾病、下耶斯列視之、
- 7 亞哈謝往見約蘭而淪亡、乃由於上帝、蓋彼旣至、則偕約蘭出迎寧示子耶戶、卽耶和華所膏、以滅亞哈家者、
- 8 耶戶懲罰亞哈家時、遇猶大牧伯、與服事亞哈謝之諸姪、遂殺之、
- 9 亞哈謝匿於撒瑪利亞、耶戶索之、人執而解於耶戶前殺之、爲之殯葬、曰、約沙法盡心尋求耶和華、此其子也、亞哈謝家無力保其國祚、○
- 10 亞哈謝母亞他利雅見子已死、起而殲滅猶大王室、
- 11 約蘭王女、亞哈謝妹、祭司耶何耶大妻約示巴於見殺之王子中、竊亞哈謝子約阿施出、與其乳媼藏於寢室、以避亞他利雅、免其被殺、
- 12 偕匿於上帝室、歷有六年、亞他利雅治理斯土、
