- 18 耶穌基督之生如左、母馬利亞爲約瑟所聘、未婚感聖神而孕、
- 19 其夫約瑟、義人也、不欲顯辱之、意隱休之、
- 20 思維間、主之使見於夢曰、大衞之裔約瑟、娶爾妻馬利亞勿懼、蓋所孕者、由聖神也、
- 21 彼將生子、可名曰耶穌、因將救其民出於罪也、
- 22 斯事悉成、以應主藉先知所言曰、
- 23 將有處女、孕而生子、人稱其名、曰以馬內利、譯卽上帝偕我儕也、
- 24 約瑟寤、如主使所命娶之、
- 25 未與同室、及生子、則名之曰耶穌、
