- 1 約伯曰、
- 2 如斯之言、我聞之屢矣、爾之慰藉、反增苦惱、
- 3 虛誕之詞、有終極乎、爾之應對、何所激耶、
- 4 我亦能言爾所言、假使爾心處於我心之境、我亦能輯詞責爾、向爾搖首、
- 5 然我必以口堅爾志、以舌解爾憂、
- 6 我雖言之、我憂不解、我若不言、我憂其離我乎、
- 7 上帝使我困憊、俾我親朋離逖、
- 8 爾拘執我、以懲我罪、顦顇之狀、面證我過、
- 9 以怒破裂我、窘迫我、向我切齒、我敵拭目視我、
- 10 彼衆向我張吻、批頰辱我、集會攻我、
- 11 上帝付我於不虔之輩、投我於惡人之手、
- 12 我素平康、彼乃折我、執我之頸、擲而碎我、以我爲的、
- 13 彼之射者環我、剖我腎、不施矜恤、瀝我膽於地、
- 14 屢加毀壞、有若勇士、趨而攻我、
- 15 我縫麻布於我膚、汚我角於塵埃、
- 16 我面因泣而赤、目蒙陰翳、
- 17 然我手無虐、我禱維潔、
- 18 地歟、勿掩我血、勿止我籲、
- 19 今我在天有爲證者、在上有作保者、
- 20 友朋姍笑、我目對上帝而流涕、
- 21 願上帝爲人辨寃於其前、並在人之鄰里中、
- 22 蓋閱數載、我必行不返之途矣、
