- 1 約伯續申其詞曰、
- 2 上帝奪我理、全能者苦我魂、我指其生而誓、
- 3 我命尚在於中、上帝之氣、仍在我鼻、
- 4 我口決不言非義、我舌亦不道詭譎、
- 5 我斷不以爾爲是、至死不去我正、
- 6 持守我義而弗失、我心畢生不我責、
- 7 願我敵同於惡人、起而攻我者、同於不義之人、
- 8 不虔之輩、雖得貨利、上帝奪取其魂、尚有何望、
- 9 患難臨之、上帝豈聽其籲乎、
- 10 彼豈以全能者爲悅、恆禱上帝乎、
- 11 上帝之作爲、我將示爾、全能者之道、我不隱之、
- 12 爾皆見此、何故成爲虛妄、
- 13 惡人由上帝所受之分、強暴者由全能者所得之業、
- 14 卽其子孫若繁、乃爲鋒刃、後裔不得飽食、
- 15 其所遺者、必死而葬、嫠婦亦不舉哀、
- 16 彼雖積金如塵、備衣如土、
- 17 然彼備之、而義人衣之、無辜者分其金、
- 18 其築室也、如蟲作窩、如守望者構廬、
- 19 彼富而臥、不得殯殮、轉瞬之間、已歸烏有、
- 20 威烈如波濤及之、狂飇於夜間刧之、
- 21 東風飄之長往、暴風吹之離所、
- 22 上帝射之、不施矜恤、欲逃其手而不得、
- 23 人向之鼓掌、叱之離所、
