約伯記 39
- 1 山巖間 的野山羊 幾時 生產，你知道嗎？母鹿 下犢之期，你能察定嗎？
- 2 牠們懷胎 的月數，你能數算嗎？牠們幾時 生產，你能曉得嗎？
- 3 牠們屈身，將子 生下，就除掉 疼痛。
- 4 這子 漸漸肥壯，在荒野 長大，去 而不 回。
- 5 誰 放野驢 出去 自由？誰 解開 快驢 的繩索？
- 6 我使 曠野 作牠 的住處，使鹹地 當牠的居所。
- 7 牠嗤笑 城 內的喧嚷，不 聽 趕牲口 的喝聲。
- 8 遍 山 是牠的草場；牠尋找 各樣 青綠之物。
- 9 野牛 豈肯 服事你？豈 肯住 在 你的槽旁？
- 10 你豈能用套繩 將野牛 籠在 犁溝之間？牠豈 肯隨你 耙 山谷之地？
- 11 豈可因 牠的力 大 就倚靠 牠？豈可把你的工 交 給牠做嗎？
- 12 豈可信靠 牠 把你的糧食 運到家，又收聚 你禾場上的穀嗎？
- 13 鴕鳥的 翅膀 歡然搧展，豈是 顯慈愛的 翎毛 和羽毛嗎？
- 14 因 牠把蛋 留 在地上，在 塵土 中使得溫暖；
- 15 卻想不到 被腳 踹碎，或被野 獸 踐踏。
- 16 牠忍心 待雛，似乎不是 自己的；雖然徒 受勞苦，也不 為雛懼怕；
- 17 因為 神 使牠沒有 智慧，也未 將悟性 賜 給牠。
- 18 牠幾時 挺身 展開翅膀，就嗤笑 馬 和騎馬的人。
- 19 馬 的大力 是你所賜的嗎？牠頸項 上挓挲的鬃 是你給牠披上的嗎？
- 20 是你叫牠跳躍 像蝗蟲嗎？牠噴氣 之威 使人驚惶。
- 21 牠在谷中 刨地，自喜 其力；牠出去 迎接 佩帶兵器的人。
- 22 牠嗤笑 可怕的事 並不 驚惶，也不 因 刀劍 退回。
- 23 箭袋 和發亮的 槍，並短槍 在牠身上 錚錚有聲。
- 24 牠發猛烈的 怒氣 將地 吞下；一 聽角 聲 就不 耐站立。
- 25 角 每發聲，牠說 呵哈；牠從遠處 聞著 戰氣，又聽見軍長 大發雷聲 和兵丁吶喊。
- 26 鷹雀 飛翔，展開 翅膀 一直向南，豈是藉你的智慧嗎？
- 27 大鷹 上騰 在高處搭 窩，豈是 聽 你的吩咐嗎？
- 28 牠住 在山巖，以 山 峰 和堅固之所 為家，
- 29 從那裡 窺看 食物，眼睛 遠遠 觀望。
- 30 牠的雛 也咂 血；被殺的人 在哪裡，牠 也在那裡。
