約伯記 10
- 1 我 厭煩 我的性命，必由著 自己 述說我的哀情；因心裡 苦惱，我要說話，
- 2 對 神 說：不要 定我有罪，要指示我，你為 何 與我爭辯？
- 3 你手 所造的，你又 欺壓，又 藐視，卻光照 惡人 的計謀。這事你 以為美嗎？
- 4 你的 眼 豈是肉眼？你查看 豈 像人 查看嗎？
- 5 你的日子 豈像人 的日子，你的年歲 豈 像人 的年歲，
- 6 就 追問 我的罪孽，尋察 我的罪過嗎？
- 7 其實， 你知道 我沒有 罪惡，並沒有 能救我 脫離你手的。
- 8 你的手 創造我，造就 我的四肢百體，你還要毀滅我。
- 9 求 你記念─製造 我如摶泥一般，你還要使我歸 於 塵土嗎？
- 10 你不是 倒出我 來好像奶，使我凝結 如同奶餅嗎？
- 11 你以皮 和肉 為衣給我穿上，用骨 與筋 把我全體聯絡。
- 12 你將生命 和慈愛 賜 給我；你也眷顧 保全 我的心靈。
- 13 然而，你待我的這些事 早已藏 在你心裡；我知道 你 久有此意。
- 14 我若 犯罪，你就察看我，並不 赦免 我的罪孽。
- 15 我若 行惡，便有了禍；我若為義，也不 敢抬 頭，正是滿心 羞愧，眼見 我的苦情。
- 16 我若昂首自得，你就追捕我 如獅子，又 在我身上 顯出奇能。
- 17 你重立 見證 攻擊我，向我 加增 惱怒，如軍兵 更換著 攻擊我。
- 18 你為何 使我出 母胎呢？不如我當時氣絕，無 人 得見我；
- 19 這樣，就如 沒 有我一般，一出母胎 就被送 入墳墓。
- 20 我的日子 不是 甚少嗎？求你停 手寬容 我，叫我在往 而不 返 之先─就是往 黑暗 和死蔭 之地以先─可以稍得 暢快。

- 22 那地 甚是 幽暗，是死蔭 混沌之地；那裡的光 好像 幽暗。
