約伯記 7
- 1 人 在 世上 豈無 爭戰嗎？他的日子 不像雇工人 的日子嗎？
- 2 像奴僕 切慕 黑影，像雇工人 盼望 工價；
- 3 我 也照樣 經過 困苦的 日月，夜間的 疲乏 為我 而定。
- 4 我躺臥 的時候便說：我何時 起來，黑夜 就過去呢？我盡 是反來覆去，直到 天亮。
- 5 我的肉體 以蟲子 和塵土 為衣；我的皮膚 才收了口 又重新破裂。
- 6 我的日子 比梭 更快，都消耗 在無 指望之中。
- 7 求你想念， 我的生命 不過是一口氣；我的眼睛 必不 再 見 福樂。
- 8 觀看我的人，他的眼 必不 再見我；你的眼目 要看我，我卻不在了。
- 9 雲彩 消散 而過；照樣，人下 陰間 也不 再上來。
- 10 他不 再 回 自己的家；故土 也不 再 認識他。
- 11 我 不 禁止 我口；我靈 愁苦，要發出言語；我心 苦惱，要吐露哀情。
- 12 我對 神說：我 豈是洋海，豈是 大魚，你竟 防守 我呢？
- 13 若 說：我的床 必安慰我，我的榻 必解釋 我的苦情，
- 14 你就用夢 驚駭我，用異象 恐嚇我，
- 15 甚至我 寧肯 噎死，寧肯死亡，勝似留我這一身的骨頭。
- 16 我厭棄性命，不願 永 活。你任憑 我吧，因 我的日子 都是虛空。
- 17 人 算甚麼，你竟 看他為大， 將他放 在 心上？
- 18 每早 鑒察他，時刻 試驗他？
- 19 你到何時 才轉眼不 看 我，才 任憑我 咽下 唾沫呢？
- 20 鑒察 人的主啊，我若有罪，於你 何 妨？為何 以 我當你的 箭靶子，使我 厭棄 自己的性命？
- 21 為何 不 赦免 我的過犯，除掉 我的罪孽？ 我現今 要躺臥 在塵土中；你要殷勤地尋找我，我卻不在了。
