以賽亞書 58
- 1 你要張開喉嚨呼叫，不可停止；你要提高聲音，像吹號角一樣；你要向我子民宣告他們的過犯，向雅各家陳明他們的罪惡。
- 2 他們天天尋求我，樂意明白我的道路，好像行義的國民，不離棄他們 神的公理；他們向我求問公義的判語，又喜歡親近 神。
- 3 他們說：“為甚麼我們禁食，你不看呢？為甚麼我們刻苦己身，你不理會呢？”看哪！你們在禁食的日子，仍然追求自己喜歡作的事，欺壓為你們作工的人。
- 4 看哪！你們禁食，結果是吵鬧和打架，用兇惡的拳頭打人；你們不要像今天這樣的禁食，使你們的聲音可以聽聞於天上。
- 5 使人刻苦自己的日子，這樣的禁食是我揀選的嗎？難道只是叫人垂頭像一根葦子，用麻布和爐灰鋪在下面嗎？你可以稱這是禁食，為耶和華所悅納的日子嗎？
- 6 我所揀選的禁食不是這樣嗎？不是要鬆開兇惡的鎖鍊，解開軛上的繩索，使被壓迫的獲得自由，折斷所有的軛嗎？
- 7 不是要把你的食物分給飢餓的人，把流浪的窮困人接到你的家裡，見到赤身露體的，給他衣服蔽體，不可逃避自己的骨肉而不顧恤嗎？
- 8 這樣，你的光就必突然發出，像黎明的曙光，你的傷口就必快快復原；你的公義就必行在你的前面，耶和華的榮耀要作你的後盾。
- 9 那時，你求告，耶和華必應允；你呼求，他必說：“我在這裡！”你若從你中間除掉欺壓人的軛，除去指責人的指頭和惡毒的言語，
- 10 你的心若顧念飢餓的人，使困苦的人得到飽足，你的光就必在黑暗中升起來，你的幽暗必如日中天。
- 11 耶和華必常常引導你，在乾旱之地使你的心靈飽足，使你的骨頭堅強有力；你必像有水源澆灌的園子，又像水流不絕的泉源。
- 12 你的子孫必重建久已荒廢之處，你必重建歷代拆毀了的根基；你要稱為修補破口的人，重修路徑給人居住的人。
- 13 “因安息日的緣故，你若轉離你的腳步；在我的聖日不作你喜歡作的；你若稱安息日為可喜樂的，稱耶和華的聖日為可尊重的；你若尊重這日，不作自己的事，不尋求自己所喜悅的，或不說無謂的話，
- 14 你就必以耶和華為樂，我要使你乘駕地的高處，用你祖雅各的產業餵養你。”這是耶和華親口說的。
