阿摩司書 1
- 1 提哥亞的牧人阿摩司，在猶大王烏西雅和以色列王約阿施的兒子耶羅波安作王的日子，大地震前二年所見的異象，就是有關以色列的話，記在下面。
- 2 他說：“耶和華從錫安吼叫，從耶路撒冷發聲；牧人的草場因此乾旱，迦密的山頂枯乾。
- 3 “耶和華這樣說：‘大馬士革三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他用打穀的鐵器蹂躪基列。
- 4 我必降火在哈薛的王宮，燒毀便．哈達的堡壘。
- 5 我必折斷大馬士革的門閂，剪除亞文平原的居民，以及伯．伊甸掌權的首領；亞蘭的人民也必被擄至吉珥。’這是耶和華說的。
- 6 “耶和華這樣說：‘迦薩三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他帶走全部的俘虜，交給以東。
- 7 我必降火在迦薩的城牆，燒毀他的堡壘；
- 8 我必剪除亞實突的居民，以及亞實基倫掌權的領袖；我必伸手攻擊以革倫，把餘剩的非利士人都滅絕。’這是主耶和華說的。
- 9 “耶和華這樣說：‘推羅三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他把全部的俘虜交給以東，並不記念與兄弟所立的盟約。
- 10 我必降火在推羅的城牆，燒毀他的堡壘。’
- 11 “耶和華這樣說：‘以東三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他拿刀追殺他的兄弟，沒有絲毫憐憫；他的怒氣不斷爆發，他的忿怒永不止息。
- 12 我必降火在提幔，燒毀伯斯拉的堡壘。’
- 13 “耶和華這樣說：‘亞捫三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他為了擴張疆界，甚至剖開基列孕婦的肚腹。
- 14 在戰爭之日的吶喊中，在風雨天的暴風中；我必在拉巴的城牆放火，燒毀他的堡壘。
- 15 他的君王必被擄走，君王和官員一同被擄。’這是耶和華說的。”
