以賽亞書 2
- 1 亞摩斯的兒子以賽亞得到默示，有關猶大和耶路撒冷：
- 2 在末後的日子，耶和華殿的山，必被堅立，超乎眾山，必被高舉，過於萬嶺；萬國都要流歸這山。
- 3 必有多國的人前來，說：“來吧！我們上耶和華的山，登雅各 神的殿；他必把他的道指教我們，我們也必遵行他的路。”因為訓誨必出於錫安，耶和華的話必來自耶路撒冷。
- 4 他要在列國施行審判，為多國的人斷定是非。他們必把刀打成犁頭，把矛槍打成鐮刀。這國不舉刀攻擊那國，他們也不再學習戰爭。
- 5 雅各家啊，來吧！我們要在耶和華的光中行走！
- 6 耶和華啊！你離棄了你的子民雅各家，是因為他們充滿了東方的迷信，和占卜的人，像非利士人一樣，並且與外族人擊掌交易。
- 7 他們的地滿了金銀，他們的財寶沒有窮盡，他們的地滿了馬匹，他們的車輛也無數。
- 8 他們的地滿了偶像；他們敬拜自己雙手所做的，就是他們的指頭所做的。
- 9 卑賤人向偶像俯首，尊貴人也降卑，所以不可饒恕他們。
- 10 要進入巖洞，藏在泥土中；躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。
- 11 到那日，眼目高傲的人必降卑，性情驕傲的人也必俯首，唯獨耶和華被高舉。
- 12 因為萬軍之耶和華必有一日，要攻擊一切驕傲的、狂妄的，和所有高抬自己的，他們都要降卑。
- 13 又要攻擊黎巴嫩所有高大的香柏樹，和巴珊所有的橡樹。
- 14 又攻擊所有的高山，和所有的峻嶺；
- 15 攻擊每一個高臺，和每一道堅固的城牆；
- 16 攻擊所有他施的船隻，和所有美麗的船。
- 17 人的高傲必變為謙虛，人的狂妄都必降為卑微，在那日，唯獨耶和華被高舉。
- 18 偶像卻必全然消逝。
- 19 耶和華起來，使大地震動的時候，人必進入石洞，進入土穴，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。
- 20 到那日，人必把那些自己所做、供自己敬拜的金偶像和銀偶像，拋給田鼠和蝙蝠。
- 21 這樣，當耶和華起來，大地震動的時候，他們就能進入磐石縫中和巖石隙裡，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。
- 22 你們不要倚靠世人，他的鼻孔裡只有一口氣息，他實在算得甚麼呢？
