以賽亞書 25
- 1 耶和華啊！你是我的 神，我要尊崇你，稱謝你的名，因為你以信實真誠作成了奇妙的事，就是你遠古以前所計劃的事。
- 2 你使城市變成廢堆，使堅固城變為荒涼的地方，使外族人的城堡不再為城，永遠不得重建。
- 3 因此，強大的民族必榮耀你；強暴之國的城也要敬畏你。
- 4 你作了困乏人的保障、貧窮人急難中的保障、躲暴風雨的避難所、避炎熱的陰涼處；因為強暴者所吹的氣，如同直吹牆壁的暴風。
- 5 你抑制外族人的喧嘩，好像減低乾旱之地的炎熱；你禁止強暴者的凱歌，好像熱氣因雲彩而消散。
- 6 萬軍之耶和華必在這山上為萬民擺設豐盛美筵，有陳酒、滿髓的肥甘和醇美好酒。
- 7 他又必在這山上除滅那遮蓋萬民的面巾，和那遮蓋列國的帕子。
- 8 他要吞滅死亡，直到永遠；主耶和華必擦去各人臉上的眼淚，又從地上除掉他子民的羞辱；這是耶和華說的。
- 9 到那日，必有人說：“看哪！這是我們的 神；我們信靠他，他必拯救我們。這是耶和華，我們所倚靠的，我們要因他的拯救歡喜快樂。
- 10 耶和華的手必放在這山上；但摩押人在自己的地方必受踐踏，好像乾草在糞坑中被踐踏一樣。
- 11 他們必在其中伸開手來，好像游泳者伸開手來游泳一樣；但耶和華要使他們的驕傲和他們手所行的詭計，一同敗落。
- 12 耶和華必使他們高聳而堅固的城牆傾倒下陷，落在地面，變作塵土。”
