以赛亚书 25
- 1 耶和华啊！你是我的 神，我要尊崇你，称谢你的名，因为你以信实真诚作成了奇妙的事，就是你远古以前所计划的事。
- 2 你使城市变成废堆，使坚固城变为荒凉的地方，使外族人的城堡不再为城，永远不得重建。
- 3 因此，强大的民族必荣耀你；强暴之国的城也要敬畏你。
- 4 你作了困乏人的保障、贫穷人急难中的保障、躲暴风雨的避难所、避炎热的阴凉处；因为强暴者所吹的气，如同直吹墙壁的暴风。
- 5 你抑制外族人的喧哗，好像减低干旱之地的炎热；你禁止强暴者的凯歌，好像热气因云彩而消散。
- 6 万军之耶和华必在这山上为万民摆设丰盛美筵，有陈酒、满髓的肥甘和醇美好酒。
- 7 他又必在这山上除灭那遮盖万民的面巾，和那遮盖列国的帕子。
- 8 他要吞灭死亡，直到永远；主耶和华必擦去各人脸上的眼泪，又从地上除掉他子民的羞辱；这是耶和华说的。
- 9 到那日，必有人说：“看哪！这是我们的 神；我们信靠他，他必拯救我们。这是耶和华，我们所倚靠的，我们要因他的拯救欢喜快乐。
- 10 耶和华的手必放在这山上；但摩押人在自己的地方必受践踏，好像干草在粪坑中被践踏一样。
- 11 他们必在其中伸开手来，好像游泳者伸开手来游泳一样；但耶和华要使他们的骄傲和他们手所行的诡计，一同败落。
- 12 耶和华必使他们高耸而坚固的城墙倾倒下陷，落在地面，变作尘土。”
