以赛亚书 17
- 1 关于大马士革的默示：“看哪！大马士革快要被废弃，不再是一个城市，它必变作废墟。
- 2 亚罗珥的城市必被撇弃，成为牧放羊群之处，羊群必在那里躺卧，没有人惊扰它们。
- 3 以法莲的堡垒必失去，大马士革的国权也必消逝；亚兰的余民必像以色列人的荣耀一般消灭。”这是万军之耶和华说的。
- 4 “到那日，雅各的荣耀必衰落，他肥胖的身体必消瘦。
- 5 就像收割的人收聚庄稼，用手割取穗子；又像人在利乏音谷，拾取遗落的穗子。
- 6 虽然其中有少许遗下的穗子，却好像橄榄树被打过一样。在树顶上，只剩下两三个果子；在那本是多结果子的果树枝上，只留下四五个果子。”这是耶和华以色列的 神说的。
- 7 到那日，人必仰望他们的创造主，他们必亲眼看见以色列的圣者。
- 8 他们必不仰望自己双手所做的祭坛，也不再看着自己指头所做的，无论是亚舍拉，或是香坛。
- 9 到那日，他们那些因以色列人而撇弃的坚固城，必像树林中和山顶上被撇弃的地方，这样，地就荒凉了。
- 10 因为你忘记了那拯救你的 神，又不记念那作你避难所的磐石，所以你虽然栽下佳美的树秧子，种下异种的幼苗，
- 11 又在你栽种的日子里，细心地在周围圈上篱笆，到早晨，又使你所栽种的开花，但在愁苦与极度伤痛的日子里，所收割的就只有一小堆。
- 12 唉！许多民族在喧哗，他们喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列国在咆哮，他们吼叫，好像洪水奔流。
- 13 万族怒号，好像众水涌流，但 神必斥责他们，使他们远远逃跑；他们又被追赶，如同山上风前的糠秕，又像暴风前的尘土卷动。
- 14 在晚上有惊恐，未到早晨，他们就没有了，这是那些抢夺我们的人所得的分，是那些掠劫我们的人应得的报应。
