約翰三書 1
- 1 作長老的 寫信給親愛的 該猶，就是 我 誠心 所愛的。
- 2 親愛的兄弟啊，我願 你 凡事 興盛， 身體健壯，正如 你 的靈魂 興盛一樣。
- 3 有弟兄 來 證明 你 心裡存的真理，正如 你 按 真理 而行，我就甚 喜樂。
- 4 我 聽見 我 的兒女們 按 真理 而行，我的喜樂 就沒 有 比這個大的。
- 5 親愛的兄弟啊，凡 你向 作客旅 之弟兄 所行 的都是 忠心的。
- 6 他們在教會 面前 證明了 你 的愛；你若配得過 神，幫助他們 往前行，這就好了。
- 7 因他們是為主的名（原文是那名） 出外，對於 外邦人 一無 所取。
- 8 所以 我們 應該 接待 這樣的人，叫 我們與他們 一同為真理 做工。
- 9 我曾略略地寫信 給教會，但 那 在教會中 好為首 的丟特腓 不 接待 我們。
- 10 所以 我若 去，必要提說 他 所行 的事，就是他用惡 言 妄論 我們。還 不 以 此 為足，他自己 不 接待 弟兄，有人願意接待，他也 禁止，並且 將接待弟兄的人趕 出 教會。
- 11 親愛的兄弟啊，不要 效法 惡，只要 效法善。行善的 屬乎 神；行惡的 未曾 見過 神。
- 12 低米丟行善，有 眾人 給他作見證，又有 真理給他作見證，就是 我們 也 給他作見證。你也 知道 我們的 見證 是 真的。
- 13 我原有 許多事 要寫 給你，卻 不 願意 用 筆 墨 寫 給你，
- 14 但 盼望 快快地 見 你， 我們就當面 談論。
- 15 願你 平安。眾位朋友 都問你 安。請你替我按著 姓名 問眾位朋友 安。
