約翰二書 1
- 1 我這作長老的，寫信給蒙揀選的夫人和她的兒女。你們是我在真理中所愛的；不單是我，凡認識真理的，
- 2 也因為真理的緣故愛你們。這真理在我們裡面，也必與我們同在，直到永遠。
- 3 願恩惠、憐憫、平安，從父 神和他兒子耶穌基督在真理和愛中與我們同在。
- 4 我看見你的兒女中，有人照著我們從父領受的命令在真理中行事，我就非常欣慰。
- 5 夫人哪，我現在請求你，我們要彼此相愛。我寫給你的，不是一條新命令，而是我們從起初就有的。
- 6 我們要照著他的命令行事，這就是愛。你們從起初所聽見的那命令，就是要你們憑著愛心行事。
- 7 有許多欺騙人的已經在世上出現，他們否認耶穌基督是成了肉身來的；這就是那騙人的和敵基督的。
- 8 你們要小心，不要拆毀我們已經完成的工作，卻要得著美滿的賞賜。
- 9 凡越過基督的教訓又不持守的，就沒有 神；持守這教訓的，就有父和子了。
- 10 如果有人到你們那裡，不傳這教訓，你們就不要接待他到家裡，也不要問候他；
- 11 因為問候他的，就在他的惡事上有分了。
- 12 我還有許多話要寫給你們，可是我不想借用紙墨，只是盼望到你們那裡當面談談，好讓我們的喜樂充足。
- 13 你那蒙揀選的姊妹的兒女都問候你。
