羅馬書 13
- 1 政府的權柄，人人都應當服從。因為沒有一樣權柄不是從 神來的；掌權的都是 神設立的。
- 2 所以抗拒掌權的，就是反對 神所設立的；反對的人必自招刑罰。
- 3 執政的不是要使行善的懼怕，而是要使作惡的懼怕。你想不怕掌權的嗎？只要行善，就會得到稱讚；
- 4 因為他是 神的僕役，是對你有益的。但如果你作惡，就應當懼怕；因為他佩劍，不是沒有作用的。他是 神的僕役，是向作惡的人施行刑罰的。
- 5 所以你們必須服從，不但是為了刑罰，也是因為良心的緣故。
- 6 因此，你們也當納稅，因為他們是 神的差役，專責處理這事的。
- 7 你們要向各人清還所欠的；應當納稅的，就要給他納稅；應當進貢的，就給他進貢；應當敬畏的，就敬畏他；應當尊敬的，就尊敬他。
- 8 不要欠人的債；但在彼此相愛的事上，要覺得是欠了人的債。愛別人的，就成全了律法。
- 9 那“不可姦淫，不可殺人，不可偷盜，不可貪心”等等的誡命，都包括在“愛人如己”這一句話裡面了。
- 10 愛是不加害於人的，所以愛是成全律法的。
- 11 還有，你們知道這是甚麼時期了，現在正是你們應該睡醒的時候，因為我們得救，現在比初信的時候更加接近了。
- 12 黑夜已深，白晝近了，所以我們要除掉暗昧的行為，帶上光明的武器。
- 13 行事為人要光明磊落，好像行在白晝。不可荒宴醉酒，不可放蕩縱慾，不可紛爭嫉妒。
- 14 總要披戴主耶穌基督，不要為肉體安排，去放縱私慾。
