1 Kings 10
- 1 示巴女王、聞所羅門由耶和華名、而得之聲譽、遂來、欲以難語試之、
- 2 彼至耶路撒冷、從者甚衆、有駝負香品、及黃金甚多、亦有寶石、見所羅門、悉以中心所存者與之言、
- 3 其所問者、所羅門俱答之、無有一事不明、而不告之、
- 4 示巴女王、見所羅門之智慧、所建之宮室、
- 5 筵席之餚饌、羣臣之坐次、衆僕之侍立、與其服飾、及其酒政、曁陞耶和華室之階、則神爲之奪、
- 6 謂王曰、我在我國、所聞爾之行爲智慧、洵不誣也、
- 7 我未至而目擊、則不信其言、今知所告我者、猶未及半、爾之智慧福祉、過於我之所聞、
- 8 爾之羣臣、爾之衆僕、恆侍爾前、聞爾智慧、其有福矣、
- 9 爾上帝耶和華悅爾、使居以色列國位、宜頌美焉、蓋耶和華恆愛以色列、故立爾爲王、施行公義、
- 10 於是示巴女王、以黃金一百二十他連得、香品甚多、及厥寶石、饋所羅門王、所饋王之香品、此後未有若是之多也、
- 11 希蘭之羣舶、自俄斐運金者、亦運檀木、寶石甚多、
- 12 王以檀木、爲耶和華室及王宮作欄、又爲謳歌者作琴與瑟、自昔迄今、未見若此之檀木、
- 13 示巴女王所欲所求者、所羅門王悉予之、且循王之厚意、更有饋焉、遂與臣僕、返其故土、○
- 14 所羅門歲得金六百六十六他連得、
- 15 此外又有商賈、與雜族諸王、及國中牧伯、所進之金、
- 16 所羅門王以煉金、作盾二百、每盾需金六百舍客勒、
- 17 又以煉金作干三百、每干需金三彌那、王置於利巴嫩林宮、
- 18 又以象牙製大寶座一、包以精金、
- 19 座階六級、座後維圓、左右有扶手、二獅旁立、
- 20 六級各有二獅、左一右一、共十有二、他國未有若是之製也、
- 21 所羅門王所有之爵、悉以金製、利巴嫩林宮諸器、皆爲精金、當所羅門時、銀不爲貴、
- 22 王有他施羣舶、與希蘭之羣舶航海、三年一返、載金銀、象牙、猿猴、孔雀而歸、○
- 23 所羅門王之貨財與智慧、超乎天下列王、
- 24 天下億兆、咸求見所羅門、以聽其智慧、卽上帝賦於其心者、
- 25 各進貢物、卽金器銀器、衣服軍械、香品馬騾、歲有定例、
- 26 所羅門集車騎、有車一千四百、騎兵一萬二千、置於屯車之邑、及王都耶路撒冷、
- 27 王使銀在耶路撒冷如石、香柏多如谷中之桑、
- 28 所羅門之馬、來自埃及、乃王之商賈、依各羣之值而購者、
- 29 自埃及而得之車、每乘值銀六百舍客勒、每馬值銀一百五十舍客勒、赫族諸王、與亞蘭諸王、亦依其值、由此商賈而購之、
