Jeremiah 21
- 1 西底家王遣瑪基雅子巴施戶珥、祭司瑪西雅子西番雅、詣耶利米曰、
- 2 巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒將與我戰、求爾爲我詢於耶和華、或耶和華依其奇行待我、使彼離我而去、
- 3 耶利米奉耶和華命、謂之曰、其告西底家云、
- 4 以色列之上帝耶和華曰、爾所持之戰具、在於城外、以戰巴比倫王、及圍爾之迦勒底人、我必使之反退、集於邑中、
- 5 我必震怒發忿、自以高舉之手、有力之臂攻爾、
- 6 擊此邑之居民、或人或畜、俱遭大疫而亡、
- 7 耶和華曰、厥後、我必以猶大王西底家、曁其臣僕庶民、凡在邑中、疫癘鋒刃饑饉之餘、悉付於巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、與其諸敵、及索其命者之手、巴比倫王必擊之以刃、不惜之、不憐之、不加矜憫、○
- 8 又當告斯民曰、耶和華云、我以生道死道、陳於爾前、
- 9 凡居此邑者、必亡於鋒刃饑饉疫癘、惟出而歸圍爾之迦勒底人者、必得生存、獲其生命、如獲掠物、
- 10 耶和華曰、我乃注目此邑、必加以禍、不加以福、付於巴比倫王手、焚之以火、○
- 11 論猶大王家、宜聽耶和華言、
- 12 耶和華曰、大衞家歟、當朝行公義、拯被刧者於暴者之手、恐我因爾惡行、發怒若火炎炎、莫能撲滅、
- 13 居於谷中、平原之磐者歟、爾曰、孰能降而擊我、孰能入我窟穴、耶和華曰、我爲爾敵、
- 14 我必循爾行爲所結之實、加罰於爾、且必燃火於林、焚燬四周、耶和華言之矣、
