1 Peter 5
- 1 汝等の中の長老には、我も共に長老として、又キリストの苦難の證人として、将來顕るべき光榮に與る者として希ふ。
- 2 汝等の中に在る所の神の羊の群を牧せよ、之を監督するに、強ひられてせずして喜びて神の御為にし、耻かしき利の為にせずして特志を以て行ひ、
- 3 托せられたる人々を壓制せずして、心より群の模範と成るべし。
- 4 然らば大牧者の顕れ給はん時、汝等凋まざる光榮の冠を得べし。
- 5 若き者よ、汝等も亦長老に服せよ、皆互に謙遜を帯びよ、神は傲慢なる者に逆らひて、謙遜なる者に恩寵を賜へばなり。
- 6 然れば汝等、神の全能なる御手の下に謙れ、然せば時至りて彼汝等を高め給はん。
- 7 思ひ煩ふ所を悉く神に委ね奉れ、神は汝等の為に慮り給へばなり。
- 8 汝等節制して警戒せよ、其は汝等の仇なる惡魔は、吼ゆる獅子の如く、食盡すべきものを探しつつ行廻ればなり、
- 9 汝等此世に在る兄弟等の同じく苦しめる事を知りて、信仰に心を堅めて之に抵抗せよ。
- 10 一切の恩寵の神はキリスト、イエズスによりて其永遠の光榮に汝等を呼び給ひしものなれば、聊苦しみたる上は、御自ら完全にし堅うし強からしめ給はん、
- 11 光榮と主権と世々之に歸す、アメン。
- 12 忠信なる兄弟シルヴァノを以て我が汝等に書贈りし所は、我思ふに簡単なり。是此神の恩寵の眞なる事を勧告し、且保證するもののにして、汝等宜しく之に立つべし。
- 13 汝等と共に選まれてバビロンに在る教會、及び我子マルコは汝等に宜しくと言へり。
- 14 愛の接吻を以て互に宜しく傳へよ。願はくは、キリストに在る汝等一同に平安あらん事を、アメン。
