彼得前書 5
- 1 我這同作長老，也是為基督受苦作見證，又是同享將來所要顯現的榮耀的，勸你們當中作長老的：
- 2 務要牧養你們中間的羊群，按著 神的旨意照顧他們。不是出於勉強，而是出於甘心；不是因為貪財，而是出於熱誠；
- 3 也不是要轄制託付你們的羊群，而是作他們的榜樣。
- 4 到了牧長顯現的時候，你們必定得著那永不衰殘的榮耀冠冕。
- 5 照樣，你們青年人要順服年長的。就是你們各人也要彼此以謙卑為裝束，因為“ 神敵擋驕傲的人，賜恩給謙卑的人。”
- 6 所以你們要謙卑，服在 神大能的手下，到了時候，他必叫你們升高。
- 7 你們要把一切憂慮卸給 神，因為他顧念你們。
- 8 你們要謹守、警醒。你們的仇敵魔鬼，好像吼叫的獅子走來走去，尋找可以吞吃的人；
- 9 你們要用堅強的信心抵擋他，因為知道你們在世上的弟兄，也經歷過同樣的苦難。
- 10 但滿有恩典的 神，就是在基督裡召你們進入他永遠榮耀的那一位，在你們受了短暫的苦難之後，必定親自成全你們，堅固你們，賜力量給你們，建立你們。
- 11 願權能歸給他，直到永遠。阿們。
- 12 我藉著我認為忠心的弟兄西拉，簡略地寫了這封信勸勉你們，又向你們證實這是 神真正的恩典；你們要在這恩典上站立得住。
- 13 在巴比倫與你們同蒙揀選的，和我兒子馬可都問候你們。
- 14 你們要用愛心彼此親嘴問安。願平安歸與你們所有在基督裡的人。
