以赛亚书 11
- 1 从耶西的树干必生出一根嫩芽，从他的根而出的枝条必结果子。
- 2 耶和华的灵必停留在他身上，就是智慧的灵和聪明的灵，谋略的灵和能力的灵，知识的灵和敬畏耶和华的灵。
- 3 他必以敬畏耶和华为乐。他不凭眼睛所见的施行审判，也不凭耳朵所听的断定是非；
- 4 却要以公义审判贫穷人，以正直判断地上的困苦人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。
- 5 公义必作他腰间的带子，信实必作他胁下的带子。
- 6 豺狼必与绵羊羔同住，豹子要与山羊羔同卧，牛犊、幼狮和肥畜必同群；小孩子要牵引它们。
- 7 牛必与母熊一同吃食，牛犊必与小熊一起躺卧；狮子就像牛一般吃草。
- 8 吃奶的婴儿必在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，断奶的孩子必放他的手在毒蛇的穴上。
- 9 在我整个圣山上面，这一切都不行伤害或毁灭之事；因为认识耶和华的知识要充满大地，好像海水覆盖海洋一般。
- 10 到那日，耶西的根必竖立起来，作万族的旗帜；列国的人必寻求他，他安息之所必大有荣耀。
- 11 到那日，主必再用自己的手，赎回他子民中的余民，就是从亚述、埃及、巴忒罗、古实、以拦、示拿和哈马，以及众海岛所剩下的。
- 12 他必向列国竖起旗帜，召聚以色列被掳去的人，又从地的四方聚集分散了的犹大人。
- 13 以法莲的嫉妒必消除，那敌视犹大的必被剪除；以法莲必不再嫉妒犹大，犹大也必不再敌视以法莲。
- 14 他们要向西飞，扑在非利士人的山麓上，一起掳掠东方人；他们必把手伸到以东和摩押之上，亚扪人必顺服他们。
- 15 耶和华必使埃及的海湾干涸；他要用热风在大河之上挥手，他要击打它，使它分成七道支流，使人走过去也不会把鞋弄湿。
- 16 为着 神的余民，就是那些在亚述剩下归回的，必有一条大路给他们归回，正如以色列人从埃及地上来的日子一样。
