Baked Oats

I did not grow up with baked oats but ate it one day and I immediatly knew I had to get this recipe in my repertoire but did not know the name of the dish.

One day I saw 'Baked Oats' and I knew that is what I had eaten.  I searched and chopped and changed to what suits our taste, pocket, and size.

It can be varied with fresh or dried fruit , nuts or even chocolate chips. It is enough to serve my family and guests.
