Almost fat-free chips
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped into chips
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and milled pepper
Directions
- Mix egg whites, garlic and paprika together. Toss the chips in this mixture to coat. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in a pre-heated 200 degrees Celsius oven for 30 -40 minutes, until crispy and golden, turning for even cooking. Serve immediately.
