- 1 耶和华啊！我呼求你，求你快来帮助我；我呼求你的时候，求你留心听我的声音。（本节在《马索拉抄本》包括细字标题）
- 2 愿我的祷告好像香安放在你面前；愿我的手高举好像献晚祭。
- 3 耶和华啊！求你看守我的口，把守我的嘴。
- 4 求你不要容我的心偏向恶事，免得我和作孽的人一同行恶，也不要使我吃他们的美食。
- 5 愿义人击打我，这是出于慈爱；愿他责备我，这是膏我头的膏油，我的头不会拒绝。我仍要为恶人的恶行祷告。
- 6 他们的官长被摔在山崖下的时候，他们就要听我的话，因为我的话甘美。
- 7 他们说：“我们的骨头被拋散在墓旁，好像人犁田锄地时掘起的土块。”
- 8 主耶和华啊！我的眼睛仰望你；我投靠你，求你不要使我丧命。
- 9 求你保护我脱离恶人为我所设的网罗，和作孽的人的圈套。
- 10 愿恶人都落在自己的网罗里，我却得以安然逃脱。
