詩篇 30
- 1 耶和華啊！我要尊崇你，因為你曾救拔我，不容我的仇敵向我誇耀。
- 2 耶和華我的 神啊！我曾向你呼求，你也醫治了我。
- 3 耶和華啊！你曾把我從陰間救上來，使我存活，不至於下坑。
- 4 耶和華的聖民哪！你們要歌頌耶和華，讚美他的聖名。
- 5 因為他的怒氣只是短暫的，他的恩惠卻是一生一世的；夜間雖然不斷有哭泣，早晨卻必歡呼。
- 6 至於我，我在安穩的時候曾說：“我必永不動搖。”
- 7 耶和華啊！你的恩寵，使我堅立，如同大山；你一掩面，我就驚惶。
- 8 耶和華啊！我曾向你呼求；我曾向我主懇求，說：
- 9 “我被害流血，下到深坑，有甚麼益處呢？塵土還能稱讚你，還能傳揚你的信實嗎？
- 10 耶和華啊！求你垂聽，恩待我；耶和華啊！求你幫助我。”
- 11 你已經把我的悲哀變為舞蹈，把我的麻衣脫去，又給我穿上歡樂；
- 12 好讓我的靈（“靈”或譯：“榮耀”或“肝”；與16:9，57:8，108:1同）歌頌你，永不停止。耶和華我的 神啊！我要永遠稱讚你。
