诗篇 30
- 1 耶和华啊！我要尊崇你，因为你曾救拔我，不容我的仇敌向我夸耀。
- 2 耶和华我的 神啊！我曾向你呼求，你也医治了我。
- 3 耶和华啊！你曾把我从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。
- 4 耶和华的圣民哪！你们要歌颂耶和华，赞美他的圣名。
- 5 因为他的怒气只是短暂的，他的恩惠却是一生一世的；夜间虽然不断有哭泣，早晨却必欢呼。
- 6 至于我，我在安稳的时候曾说：“我必永不动摇。”
- 7 耶和华啊！你的恩宠，使我坚立，如同大山；你一掩面，我就惊惶。
- 8 耶和华啊！我曾向你呼求；我曾向我主恳求，说：
- 9 “我被害流血，下到深坑，有什么益处呢？尘土还能称赞你，还能传扬你的信实吗？
- 10 耶和华啊！求你垂听，恩待我；耶和华啊！求你帮助我。”
- 11 你已经把我的悲哀变为舞蹈，把我的麻衣脱去，又给我穿上欢乐；
- 12 好让我的灵（“灵”或译：“荣耀”或“肝”；与 16:9，57:8，108:1同）歌颂你，永不停止。耶和华我的 神啊！我要永远称赞你。
