诗篇 72
- 1 神啊！求你把你的公正赐给王，把你的公义赐给王子。（本节在《马索拉抄本》包括细字标题）
- 2 他要按着公义审判你的子民，凭着公正审判你的困苦人。
- 3 因着公义，愿大山和小山都给人民带来和平。
- 4 他必为民间的困苦人伸冤，拯救贫穷人，粉碎那欺压人的。
- 5 他必像日月一般长久，直到万代（本节按照《马索拉抄本》应作“日月还在的时候，愿人都敬畏你，直到万代”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）。
- 6 他必像雨降在已割的草地上，像甘霖滋润大地。
- 7 他在世的日子，义人必兴旺，四境太平，直到月亮不再重现。
- 8 他要执掌权柄，从这海到那海，从大河直到地极。
- 9 住在旷野的人必向他屈身，他的仇敌必舔尘土。
- 10 他施和海岛的列王都必带来礼物，示巴和西巴的列王都必献上贡物。
- 11 众王都必向他俯伏，万国都必服事他。
- 12 因为贫穷人呼求的时候，他就搭救；没有人帮助的困苦人，他也搭救。
- 13 他必怜恤软弱和贫穷的人，拯救贫穷人的性命。
- 14 他要救他们脱离欺凌和强暴，他们的血在他眼中看为宝贵。
- 15 愿他长久活着，愿人把示巴的金子奉给他，愿人为他不住祷告，终日给他祝福。
- 16 愿地上五谷丰登，山顶上也都丰收；愿地上的果实茂盛，像黎巴嫩山的树林，愿城里的人繁衍，好像地上的青草。
- 17 愿他的名永远常存，愿他的名延续像太阳的恒久；愿万人都因他蒙福，愿万国都称他为有福的。
- 18 独行奇事的以色列的 神，就是耶和华 神，是应当称颂的。
- 19 他荣耀的名也是应当永远称颂的；愿他的荣耀充满全地。阿们，阿们。
- 20 耶西的儿子大卫的祷告完毕。
