Isaiah 42
- 1 試觀我僕、我所扶翼、我所遴選、我心所悅者、我曾以我神賦之、彼將以公義示異邦、
- 2 彼不呼不喧、其聲不聞於衢、
- 3 已傷之葦不折、燃餘之炷不滅、必憑誠實、以宣公義、
- 4 不困憊、不恇怯、迨立公義於世、島嶼必仰其訓、
- 5 耶和華上帝創造諸天、而展布之、鋪張大地、及其土產、以生氣賦億兆、以神性畀行於地上之人、
- 6 曰、我耶和華以義召爾、必攜爾手而護爾、使爾爲與民立約之據、亦爲列邦之光、
- 7 啟瞽者之目、出囹圄之囚、處幽暗者、出之於獄、
- 8 我爲耶和華、此我名也、不以我之榮光畀他神、不以我之聲譽付雕像、
- 9 昔所預言、已悉應矣、今復告以新事、事尚未發、卽示爾焉、○
- 10 航海之人、海中萬物、島嶼與其居民、常謳新歌於耶和華、自地極頌美之、
- 11 曠野及其城邑、基達所居之鄉、當揚厥聲、西拉居民宜謳歌、自山巔而歡呼、
- 12 歸榮於耶和華、宣揚其聲譽於島嶼、
- 13 耶和華將出、有若力士、勇氣奮揚、有若戰士、喑嗚叱咤、奮力擊敵、
- 14 耶和華曰、我久緘默、寂然自抑、今則號呼、如臨產之婦、氣急而喘、
- 15 必使山岡荒蕪、草木枯槁、江河爲洲、池沼盡涸、
- 16 惟彼瞽者、我必攜之於不識之途、導之於不識之徑、在彼之前、使暗爲光、使曲爲直、我將行此、而不之棄、
- 17 凡恃雕像、對鑄像云、爾爲我神、必皆退而愧怍、○
- 18 爾曹聾者宜聽、盲者宜視而明、
- 19 誰爲瞽、非我僕乎、誰爲聾、如我所遣之使乎、誰爲瞽如我之同盟、誰爲瞽如耶和華之僕乎、
- 20 爾多見而不悟、啟耳而不聞、
- 21 耶和華爲己之義、喜弘法律、而尊重之、
- 22 惟斯民被掠見奪、皆羈於穴幽於獄、被掠而無人施拯、見奪而無人曰返之、
- 23 爾中誰傾耳聽此、嗣後聞而從之、
- 24 誰使雅各被掠、付以色列於盜非耶和華乎、我儕獲罪於彼、不行其途、不遵其法、
- 25 故彼傾其烈怒、俾遇劇戰、火灼四周、而彼不知、焚及其身、不以爲意、
