Genr. Jan Smuts Tartlets
Ingredients
- 125 gr butter/margerine
- 150ml white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Beat in 1 egg at a time till light and creamy.
- Stir in sifted dry ingredients.
Spoon onto jam in prepared tartlets and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
