Easy Chicken Dish

  • 8 pieces of boneless chickenbreast
  • chicken spice
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tin chicken broth or another stock cube dissolved in 350 ml hot water
  • 8 slices of Mozzarella cheese

  1. Season chicken breasts with chicken spice and roll in flour.  Dip the pieces in the egg and roll again in the bread crumbs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil, butter, garlic and melt bouillon cube. Make sure to put heat on low so oil doesn’t burn.
  3. When oil is hot, brown chicken on both sides in oil, increase heat so chicken gets nice and brown on both sides, lower heat and add chicken broth. Simmer until hot. Add Mozzarella cheese to top chicken.

For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Isaiah 55:12-13

  • 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
  • 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.
