Almost fat-free chips

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped into chips
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and milled pepper

Directions

  1. Mix egg whites, garlic and paprika together. Toss the chips in this mixture to coat. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle with a little oil.
  2. Bake in a pre-heated 200 degrees Celsius oven for 30 -40 minutes, until crispy and golden, turning for even cooking. Serve immediately.
