- 1 我心厭我生命、將縱言我憂、述我中心之苦、
- 2 語上帝曰、毋擬我罪、示我何因、與我爭辯、
- 3 爾手所造、則虐待之、輕視之、惡人之謀、則焜耀之、爾豈以是爲善乎、
- 4 爾豈肉眼、鑒觀豈若世人、
- 5 爾日豈如人之日、爾年豈如人之年、
- 6 致爾尋我愆、察我罪、
- 7 究之、爾知我非惡人、莫能援於爾手、
- 8 爾手造我、甄陶成形、乃欲滅我、
- 9 請爾記憶、昔爾造我、猶之合土、今使我復歸塵埃乎、
- 10 其時豈非傾我如乳、凝我如酪、
- 11 衣我以皮肉、維我以筋骨、
- 12 賜我生命、加我恩寵、眷佑我神、
- 13 然爾有意、久蓄於衷、我所知也、
- 14 我若干罪、爾則注目、必不赦我愆尤、
- 15 我若行惡、則有禍矣、我若爲義、亦不昂首、愧恥盈懷、目擊我難、
- 16 我若昂首、爾則獵我若獅、顯奇異於我躬、
- 17 爾復立證攻我、向我增怒、如軍旅迭出以擊我、
- 18 胡爲出我於胎、莫若氣絕、無目見我、
- 19 則我雖有若無、出胎卽舁於墓、
- 20 我日非幾希乎、請爾止而舍我、俾我稍得慰藉、
- 21 在我往而不返之先、未至幽冥陰翳之地、
- 22 其地昏黑幽冥、陰翳混沌、其光乃暗、
