- 1 Tôi cất tiếng kêu cầu cùng Ðức Giê-hô-va; Tôi cất tiếng cầu khẩn Ðức Giê-hô-va.
- 2 Ở trước mặt Ngài tôi tuôn đổ sự than thở tôi, Bày tỏ sự gian nan tôi.
- 3 Khi tâm hồn nao sờn trong mình tôi, Thì Chúa đã biết nẻo-đàng tôi. Trên con đường tôi đi, Chúng nó gài kín một cai bẫy.
- 4 Xin Chúa nhìn phía hữu tôi, coi; Chẳng có ai nhận biết tôi; Tôi cũng không có nơi nào để nương náu mình; Chẳng người nào hỏi thăm linh hồn tôi.
- 5 Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, tôi kêu cầu cùng người, Mà rằng: Ngài là nơi nương náu của tôi, Phần tôi trong đất kẻ sống.
- 6 Xin Chúa lắng nghe tiếng tôi, Vì tôi bị khốn khổ vô cùng; Xin hãy cứu tôi khỏi kẻ bắt bớ tôi, Vì chúng nó mạnh hơn tôi.
- 7 Xin hãy rút linh hồn tôi khỏi ngục khám, Ðể tôi cảm tạ danh Chúa. Những người công bình sẽ vây quanh tôi, Bởi vì Chúa làm ơn cho tôi.
