2 Thessalonians 1
- 1 パウロ、シルヴァノ及びチモテオ、我父にて在す神、及び主イエズス、キリストに在るテサロニケ人の教會に[書簡を贈る]。
- 2 願はくは我父にて在す神、及び主イエズス、キリストより、恩寵と平安とを汝等に賜はらん事を。
- 3 兄弟等よ、我等は絶えず汝等に就きて相當に神に感謝せざるべからず。是汝等の信仰益増加して、面々の愛情も皆互に豊なればなり。
- 4 然れば我等自らも汝等を以て、即ち其忍べる凡ての迫害及び患難に於る忍耐と信仰とを以て、神の諸教會の間に誇とす。
- 5 此患難は神の正しき審判の徴にして、汝等が神の國の為に苦しみて之に入るに足る者とせられん為なり。
- 6 其は汝等を悩ます人々に悩を以て報い給ふは、神に取りて正當の事なれば、
- 7 悩める汝等にも我等と共に安息を賜ふ事正當なり。是主イエズス、其能力の天使等を随へて天より顕れ給ふ時の事にして、
- 8 即ち焔の中に於て、神を知らざる人々、我主イエズス、キリストの福音に從はざる人々に報い給ふ時に當りて、
- 9 彼等は主の御顔と其能力の光榮とを離れて終なき亡の罰を受けん、
- 10 其時主來り給ひて、其聖徒によりて光榮を受け給ひ、信じたる凡ての人より誉を得給ふべし、是我等の證する所、汝等に信ぜられたればなり。
- 11 故に我等常に汝等の為に祈りて、我神汝等をして其召に適はしめ、且及ぶ限り凡ての善意と信仰の業とを全うし給はん事を願ひ奉る。
- 12 是我神と主イエズス、キリストとの恩寵に由りて、我主イエズス、キリストの御名汝等の中に光榮を着せられ、汝等も彼に在りて光榮を得ん為なり。
