何西阿書 13
- 1 從前以法蓮一說話，人都戰兢。他原在以色列中居高位，但後來因事奉巴力犯了罪，就死了。
- 2 現在他們犯罪越來越多，為自己做鑄像，按著自己的技巧，用自己的銀子做偶像；這些都是匠人的手工。他們論到這些說：“向偶像獻祭的人，可以與牛犢親嘴。”
- 3 因此，他們必像早晨的雲霧，又如易逝的朝露，又像打穀場上的糠秕被旋風吹去，又像煙氣從煙窗上騰。
- 4 “自從你出埃及地以來，我就是耶和華你的 神。除我以外，你不可有別的神；除我以外，再沒有拯救者。
- 5 我曾在曠野，在乾旱之地，認識你。
- 6 但他們得了餵養，飽足以後，就心高氣傲，因此忘記了我。
- 7 所以我要像獅子臨到他們，像豹子埋伏在路旁。
- 8 我要襲擊他們，像一隻失掉幼熊的母熊，撕裂他們的胸膛；在那裡我必像一隻母獅吞吃他們；野獸必撕裂他們。
- 9 “以色列啊，我要毀滅你，誰能幫助你呢？
- 10 現在你的王在哪裡？讓他拯救你吧！你所有的領袖在哪裡？讓他們治理你吧！因為論到他們你曾請求：‘把王和領袖賜給我。’
- 11 我在忿怒中把王賜給你，又在烈怒中把他廢去。
- 12 以法蓮的罪孽是封著的，他的罪惡貯藏起來。
- 13 生產的疼痛要臨到他身上，他卻是沒有智慧的人，因為產期到了，他還遲延不破胎而出。
- 14 我要救贖他們脫離陰間的權勢嗎？救贖他們脫離死亡嗎？死亡啊，你的災害在哪裡？陰間啊，你的毀滅在哪裡？憐憫必從我眼前隱藏起來。
- 15 他雖然在蘆葦中長得茂盛，但東風必要來到，耶和華的風要從曠野上來，他的水泉就乾涸，他的泉源就枯竭。他所貯藏的一切珍貴器皿，都被掠奪去了。
- 16 撒瑪利亞必承擔自己罪的刑罰，因為他背叛了他的 神。他們必倒在刀下。他們的嬰孩被摔死，他們的孕婦必被剖開肚腹。”（本節在《馬索拉抄本》為14:1）
