约伯记 18
- 1 书亚人比勒达回答说：
- 2 “你寻索言语要到几时呢？先想清楚，然后我们再说吧。
- 3 我们为什么算为牲畜？为什么在你的眼中看为污秽呢？
- 4 你这因怒气而撕裂自己的，难道大地要为你的缘故被丢弃，磐石要挪移离开原处吗？
- 5 恶人的灯必要熄灭，他的火焰必不照耀；
- 6 他帐棚中的光要变为黑暗，上面的灯也必熄灭。
- 7 他的脚步必然狭窄，自己的计谋必把他绊倒；
- 8 他的脚送自己进入网罗，他走在陷阱之上。
- 9 圈套要缠住他的脚跟，网罗要罩在他身上。
- 10 活扣为他藏在地里，羁绊为他埋在路上。
- 11 惊骇四面恐吓他，并且追赶他的脚踪。
- 12 他的气力因饥饿衰败，祸患预备使他跌倒。
- 13 灾祸侵蚀了他大部分的皮肤，死亡的长子吃掉了他的肢体。
- 14 他要从他倚靠的帐棚中被拔出来，被带到惊骇的王那里，
- 15 不属他的住在他的帐棚里，硫磺撒在他的居所之上。
- 16 他下面的根枯干，上面的枝子凋谢。
- 17 他令人怀念的都从地上灭没，他的名字不再留存在田上。
- 18 他们把他从光明中赶到黑暗里，又把他从世界中赶出去。
- 19 在本族中他无子无孙，在他寄居之地，也没有生存的人。
- 20 西方的人因他的日子惊讶，东方的人也战栗不已。
- 21 不义的人之住所实在是这样，这就是不认识 神的人的收场。”
