提摩太前书 4
- 1 圣灵明明地说，日后必有人离弃信仰，跟从虚谎的邪灵和鬼魔的教训。
- 2 这教训是出于说谎的人的虚伪，他们的良心好像被烧红的铁烙了一般。
- 3 他们禁止嫁娶，禁戒食物。食物本是 神所造的，是给信主和认识真理的人存感谢的心领受的。
- 4 因为凡 神所造的，都是好的，只要存感谢的心领受，没有一样是可以弃绝的；
- 5 都因着 神的道和人的祈求成为圣洁了。
- 6 你若把这些事提醒弟兄们，就是基督耶稣的好仆役，常在信仰的话语上，和你所遵从美善的教训上得着培养。
- 7 总要弃绝世俗以及老妇的无稽之谈；要操练自己达到敬虔的地步。
- 8 因为操练身体，益处还少；唯独操练敬虔，凡事有益，享有今生和来世的应许。
- 9 这话是可信的，是值得完全接纳的。
- 10 我们也是为这缘故劳苦努力，因为我们的盼望在于永活的 神。他是万人的救主，更是信徒的救主。
- 11 这些事你要嘱咐人，教导人。
- 12 不要叫人小看你年轻，总要在言语、行为、爱心、信心和纯洁上，都作信徒的榜样。
- 13 在我来以前，你要专心宣读圣经、劝勉和教导。
- 14 不要忽略你所得的恩赐，就是众长老按手时借着预言赐给你的。
- 15 这些事你要认真实行，专心去作，使众人看出你的长进来。
- 16 你要谨慎自己，留心自己的教训。在这些事上要有恒心，因为你这样作，不但能救自己，也能救那些听你的人。
