耶利米哀歌 2
- 1 主在烈怒中,怎么竟然使黑云遮盖锡安的居民(“居民”原文作“女子”)!他把以色列的荣美,从天上拋到地上;他在发怒的日子,竟不记念自己的脚凳。
- 2 主吞灭了雅各所有住处,毫不顾惜;他在忿怒中,把犹大居民的坚固城拆毁;他使国家和国中众领袖都倒在地上,受尽羞辱。
- 3 他在烈怒中砍断以色列所有的角;他从仇敌面前,收回自己的右手。他像吞灭四周物件的火焰,在雅各中间焚烧。
- 4 他像仇敌拉弓,他的右手已经预备好。他像敌人把一切悦人眼目的都杀灭了;他如火的忿怒倒在锡安居民(“居民”原文作“女子”)的帐棚上。
- 5 主好像成了仇敌;他吞灭了以色列和她所有的宫殿,毁坏了她的坚固城。他在犹大居民的中间,增添了悲哀和哭号。
- 6 他把自己的住所破坏,好像园子一样;他毁坏了属他的聚会之处。耶和华使节期和安息日都在锡安被忘记;他在他的盛怒中弃绝了君王和祭司。

- 9 锡安的众城门已经陷入地里;耶和华把锡安的门闩都毁坏折断了。锡安的君王和领袖都身在列国中;锡安再没有律法了;它的众先知也得不到从耶和华而来的异象。
- 10 锡安居民(“居民”原文作“女子”)的长老都坐在地上,默默无声;他们把尘灰撒在头上,腰束麻布。耶路撒冷的处女都垂头至地。
- 11 我的眼睛因流泪而失明,我的心肠激动,我的肝胆倾倒在地,都因我的子民(“我的子民”原文作“我子民的女子”)遭毁灭,孩童和婴儿在城里的街上昏倒。
- 12 他们像被刺伤的人昏倒在城里街上的时候,他们在母亲的怀里快要丧命的时候,他们就问母亲:“五谷和酒在哪里呢?”
- 13 耶路撒冷的居民哪,我怎样向你说明呢?用什么与你比较呢?锡安的居民哪,我们用什么跟你相比,好安慰你呢?你的裂口像海那样大,谁能医治你呢?
- 14 你的假先知为了你所见的异象,尽是虚谎和愚昧;他们没有显露你的罪孽,使你的命运得以挽回;他们为你所得的默示,全是虚谎,是引人走错路的。
- 15 所有过路的人,都拍掌嘲笑你;他们嗤笑耶路撒冷的居民,并摇头说:“被人称为最完美,为全地所喜悦的,就是这城吗?”
- 16 你所有的仇敌都张开口攻击你,他们嗤笑你,又咬牙切齿,说:“我们吞灭它了!这真是我们期待的日子!我们等到了!亲眼看见了!”
- 17 耶和华作成了他定意去作的,成就了他的话,就是他昔日所宣告的,他把你拆毁,并不怜惜,他使仇敌因胜过你而高兴,他高举你敌人的角。
- 18 锡安居民(“居民”原文作“女子”)的城墙啊,你要一心向主哀求;愿你的眼泪像江河般涌流,昼夜不息;愿你得不着歇息,愿你眼中的瞳人不能休息。
- 19 夜里每到交更的时分,你要起来呼喊;在主面前你要倾心如水!你的孩童在各街头上因饥饿而昏倒,你要为他们的性命向主举手祷告。
- 20 “耶和华啊,求你观看!求你鉴察!你曾这样对待过谁呢?难道妇人应该吃掉自己所生的,就是自己所抚养的婴孩吗?难道祭司和先知应该在主的圣所里被杀害吗?”
- 21 少年人和老年人都在街上倒卧在地死了;我的年轻男女都倒毙于刀下;在你忿怒的日子,你杀了他们,你屠杀了他们,毫不怜惜。
- 22 你从四围招聚惊吓我的,好像招聚人过节的日子一样。在耶和华忿怒的日子,没有人可以逃脱,可以生存。我所抚育、所养大的,我的仇敌都灭尽了。
