- 1 耶和華歟、勿發忿以譴我、勿震怒以懲我、
- 2 蓋爾矢及我、爾手壓我兮、
- 3 因爾忿怒、我體無健、因我罪戾、我骨弗安、
- 4 我罪滅頂、如重任難勝兮、
- 5 因我愚昧、我創臭潰兮、
- 6 我偃僂而拳曲、終日悲哀兮、
- 7 我腰遍受灼炙、我體無健兮、
- 8 身疲創劇、中心弗安、而呻吟兮、
- 9 主歟、我之願欲、悉陳於爾、我之欷歔、無隱於爾、
- 10 我心怦怦、我力疲憊、目光散失兮、
- 11 我遘惡疾、友朋遠離、親屬遙立兮、
- 12 索取我命者設網罟、謀害我躬者出惡言、終日籌思詭計兮、
- 13 我如聾者不聞聲、瘖者不啟口、
- 14 其耳無聞、其口無辯兮、
- 15 耶和華歟、我企望爾、我主上帝必應之兮、
- 16 我曰、恐彼爲我而誇、我失足時、彼乃夸大兮、
- 17 我幾顚躓、憂苦常在我前兮、
