How to Assemble Pizza

Here is how we assemble our pizzas.  Make it a family affair and give each one something to put on the dough.  We prefer 'our' pizza than 'mine'!  Just a little bit of child training...

This is not really a diet food, yet you can vary your toppings to suit your diet.  Look around for some that suits your style and taste.

Large Quantity Pizza Dough

Large Quantity Pizza Dough

Being a large family I don't make my pizza in round pans, as they waste space and time.  I make it in larger rectangular pans that fit exactly in my oven.  Because pizza is our family's unanimous favourite I make enough for at least two meals taking in consideration the time and effort that go in it.  I would either freeze the second portion or take the next day off cooking!  This amount makes about 12 - 14 thin crust, medium, round pizzas.  It fills at least 6 of my pans. Minestrone

An easy, yet delicious, soup which can be made in a short time with simple, inexpensive ingredients.
No-cook Tomato Sauce for Pizza

No-cook Tomato Sauce for Pizza

I make this sauce for pizza which we apply liberally to the base of the pizza.  It requires no cooking as I use tinned tomato products only.
