Proverbs 27
- 1 勿爲明日自誇、以爾不知一日出何事也、
- 2 任他人揄揚爾、勿用己口、由外人稱讚爾、勿用己脣、
- 3 石重沙沉、愚人之怒、殆有甚焉、
- 4 怒乃殘忍、忿爲狂瀾、至於嫉妒、孰能當之、
- 5 明責愈於隱愛、
- 6 友朋加傷、乃由忠信、仇敵接吻、則顯頻煩、
- 7 人而飽飫、蜂蜜亦厭、人而飢餓、荼苦亦甘、
- 8 人離家而遠遊、如鳥離巢而飛翔、
- 9 膏與香悅人心、至契之規勸、其甘亦如是、
- 10 己友與父交、不可遺棄、遭難之時、勿詣昆弟之室、相近之鄰里、勝於相遠之兄弟、
- 11 我子、當有明智、以悅我心、俾我可答訾我之人、
- 12 精明者見害而隱避、樸拙者前往而遘災、
- 13 爲外人作保者、可取其衣、爲外婦作保者、可質其身、
- 14 夙興而大聲祝其友、人則以爲詛之、
- 15 大雨之日、水滴不已、悍婦如之、
- 16 禦之者乃禦風、如以右手執油、
- 17 友朋相磨、如以鐵礪鐵、
- 18 守無花果樹者、必食其實、顧主人者、必得其榮、
- 19 人心相對、如鑑於水、其面維肖、
- 20 陰府死域、永無滿足、世人之目、亦無滿足、
- 21 鼎以鍊銀、爐以鍊金、稱讚以鍊人、
- 22 愚人與穀、以杵倂搗於臼、亦不能去其愚、○
- 23 爾當詳察羊羣、留意牛羣、
- 24 蓋貨財不永存、冠冕豈世襲乎、
- 25 枯草旣芟、嫩草復發、山間菜蔬、亦已收斂、
- 26 羔羊之毛、以製爾衣、山羊之值、以購田畝、
- 27 並得山羊之乳、足供爾與眷屬所食、婢女所需、
