Exodus 22
- 1 如人盜牛羊、或宰或鬻、當以五牛償一牛、四羊償一羊、
- 2 遇盜穿窬、擊斃之、不抵罪、
- 3 若日已出、斃之則抵罪、盜須償所竊、設無所有、則鬻其身以償、
- 4 倘其所竊牛羊或驢、尚生存於盜手、則償之維倍、○
- 5 如放畜牧於人之田、或葡萄園、則以己田己園之佳者償之、○
- 6 如火燃棘、延燒露積、或禾稼、或田園、則舉火者必償之、○
- 7 如以金或什物、託鄰守之、被盜所竊、盜者見獲、償之維倍、
- 8 若盜弗獲、則家主必詣上帝前、擬其果取人之財物否、
- 9 凡過犯、或爲牛羊驢、或爲衣服、或爲失物、有人謂爲己有、則兩造必以其事告上帝、上帝所罪者、償之維倍、○
- 10 如以驢、或牛羊、或他畜、託鄰守之、或死傷、或被驅、別無人見、
- 11 則二人同在、守者指耶和華而誓曰、未嘗取人之物、畜主當諾之、守者毋庸償、
- 12 若被盜、則必償之、
- 13 若被裂、則持以爲證、毋庸償、○
- 14 如借人之物、或傷或死、其主不同在、則必償之、
- 15 主同在、則不償、旣爲人僱、其值當之、○
- 16 如誘未聘之女同寢、則必以金聘之爲室、
- 17 若其父不欲妻之、則予以金、如聘女之數、○
- 18 巫蠱之女、勿容其生、○
- 19 與獸淫合者、殺無赦、○
- 20 於耶和華外、祭他神者、必翦滅之、
- 21 勿侮旅人而虐之、蓋爾曹在埃及、亦爲旅也、
- 22 勿苦孤寡、
- 23 若苦之、彼籲於我、我必聞之、
- 24 我怒必烈、以刃誅爾、寡爾妻、孤爾子、○
- 25 吾民貧者、與爾偕居、若貸之金、勿爲債主、而取其利、
- 26 如取人衣爲質、日未入必反之、
- 27 蓋彼蔽體只有此衣、無之何以安寢、我乃仁慈、彼籲於我、我必聞之、○
- 28 毋謗上帝、毋詛民長、
- 29 穡中之穀、醡出之酒、奉我勿遲、首生男子、必獻於我、
- 30 牛羊亦同此例、七日偕母、越至八日、必獻於我、
- 31 爾當爲我聖民、田野之間、爲獸所裂之畜勿食、其肉必投諸犬、
