1 Chronicles 22
- 1 大衞曰、此乃耶和華上帝之室、以色列燔祭之壇、○
- 2 大衞命集旅於以色列地之人、選石工鑿石、以建上帝室、
- 3 大衞備鐵甚多、以爲門扉之釘及鈎、又備銅無算、
- 4 香柏無數、蓋西頓推羅人運之甚多也、
- 5 大衞曰、我子所羅門尚冲弱、爲耶和華建室、必極壯麗、聲譽榮光、播於萬國、故我必爲之備、於是大衞未死之先、儲材豐盛、○
- 6 大衞召子所羅門、囑其爲以色列之上帝耶和華建室、
- 7 謂之曰、我子歟、我有意爲我上帝耶和華之名建室、
- 8 惟耶和華降諭於我曰、爾流人血甚多、屢經大戰、不可爲我名建室、因爾多流人血於地、爲我目擊、
- 9 爾將生子、彼處平康、厥名所羅門、我必錫以綏安、使免四周諸敵之擾、彼在位時、我必錫綏安於以色列族、
- 10 彼將爲我名建室、彼必爲我子、我必爲其父、固其國位於以色列、歷世弗替、
- 11 我子歟、願耶和華偕爾、願爾亨通、建爾上帝耶和華之室、循其所言、
- 12 願耶和華賦爾睿智聰明、使爾受命治以色列、守爾上帝耶和華之律、
- 13 爾若遵行耶和華藉摩西、命以色列人之典章律例、則必亨通、強乃心、壯乃志、勿畏葸、勿恐惶、
- 14 我於困難中、爲耶和華室、備金十萬他連得、銀百萬他連得、銅鐵甚多、莫權其數、亦備木石、爾可增益之、
- 15 且爾多有匠役、石工木工、及諸巧匠、
- 16 金銀銅鐵無數、爾其興起造作、願耶和華偕爾、
- 17 大衞又命以色列諸牧伯、助子所羅門曰、
- 18 爾上帝耶和華非偕爾、賜爾四周平康乎、蓋彼以斯土之民付我手、俾地爲耶和華與其民所轄、
- 19 今當專爾心、定爾志、尋求爾上帝耶和華、興起而建上帝耶和華之聖所、舁耶和華之約匱、及上帝之聖器、入於爲耶和華名所建之室、
