何西阿書 8
- 1 “你要把號角放在你的嘴上，敵人如鷹一般來攻擊耶和華的家；因為他們違背了我的約，干犯了我的律法。
- 2 他們必向我哀求：‘我的 神啊！我們以色列認識你。’
- 3 以色列棄絕了良善，所以仇敵必追趕他。
- 4 “他們立了君王，卻不是出於我；他們立了首領，我卻不知道。他們用自己的金銀為自己做了偶像，以致他們被剪除。
- 5 撒瑪利亞啊！我要除掉你的牛犢，我的怒氣要向撒瑪利亞人發作，他們要到幾時才能無罪免罰呢？
- 6 這牛犢是出於以色列，是匠人所做的，它並不是神，撒瑪利亞的牛犢必被粉碎。
- 7 他們播種的是風，收成的是暴風。生出來的苗沒有麥穗，不能做成麵粉；即或做成麵粉，也必被別國的人吞吃。
- 8 以色列被吞吃，如今在萬國中，好像沒有人喜悅的器皿。
- 9 他們上去投奔亞述，像一隻獨行的野驢，以法蓮賄買愛人。
- 10 他們雖然在列國中賄買人，我現在卻要招聚他們。他們因著君王和領袖所加的重擔，逐漸衰微。
- 11 以法蓮增添好些祭壇去犯罪，這些就成了他們犯罪的祭壇。
- 12 我雖然為他們寫了律法萬條，他們卻看作是為外族人寫的，與他們毫無關係一般。
- 13 他們喜愛獻祭，獻肉為祭，又拿來吃；耶和華卻不喜悅他們。他必記得他們的罪孽，追討他們的罪惡；他們必回到埃及去。
- 14 以色列忘記了造他的主，建造了很多宮殿；猶大也增添了很多堅固城。我卻要降火在他的眾城中，吞滅他的堡壘。”
